Fresher’s and Farewell Function arranged in Mother Teresa College of Nursing Kumhari.
A farewell ceremony was arranged in honor of the outgoing students and welcome for freshers of Mother Teresa College of Nursing Kumhari, Durg on 20th December, 2019.
The students of BSC nursing ad General nursing midwifery along with other junior students organized it. The function began at 10am a.m. with recitation of maa saraswathi. Then the students were offered floral wreaths. Many guardians, teachers, students and education enthusiasts attended the party.
Some students delivered their speech on behalf of the students of the MTCN. A good number of candidates also addressed the gathering. Their speeches were heart touching. Many students could not help shedding tears.
They expressed their deep love and gratitude to the teachers for their teaching. Next the teachers wished the students welfare and advised them to prepare themselves to serve the nation in future. Some guests also addressed in the same way. The program came to an end at about 4 p.m.
On that occasion Mr. M. K. Shrivastav, Director Shri Rawatpura Group of Institution Kumhari, Mrs. K. Deepa, Principal Mother Teresa College of Nursing Kumhari, Dr. Chanchal Deep Kaur, Principal Shri Rawatpura Institute of Pharmacy, Dr. Preeti Gurnani, Principal Education faculty and students of MTCN were present.
